Transformation Plan came about during the midst of a $37 million deficit. Over the past 3yrs TPS has balanced a deficit close to $100 million.
The plan was not only innovative, but produced a savings.
2002 TPS passed a bond where the Ohio Facilities Commission would cover 77% of the construction cost to build 42 new school buildings and to complete 7 historic renovations.
