They want to join her team Ask a lot of personal questions She got very shoked !!! ? ? ? ? ? Then start to ignore her
ask for a transfer to a male manager's department BENNETT'S MODEL Increasing culture awareness DEFENSE Cognitive structure: more categories but those are rigid and not related to one´s own view of the world

--> Question on her personal life How can she manage nowadays, when she has a little baby and without a man? Where is Jaana’s father living? Why did she divorce?

they can also show the other party how they see them selves in this conflict-this is called FAÇADE. may help to bring them closer together and show mutual understanding and will to understand the reasons behind the other party’s behavior. What is it about?
