Claude Cahun 1916, May 16 Mercure De France Died in 1972 The first thing she started doing was making self-portraits She did not go to shcool,she studied with other people Her and her freinds studied surrealism Ever since she was 18 she was studying Surrealism She learned how to do her art by working with freinds She and her freind is most remembered for her highly-staged self portraits and tableaux that incorporated the visual aesthetics of Surrealism.
Somewhere from 1925-1930 I really dont care but otherwise i like it and think it's great I like it because it looks comfortable The elements and principles are line, shape, form, space, color and texture. A lot, like this one. She made an impact on people hearts because her work was that type of work, and when she died people was hurt.
