Outgoing Mail: There is a basket on Front Desk, the mail is usually picked up in the afternoon.

You will be notified when you have any overnight or larger sized deliveries.

- Faxes are checked for incoming faxes every morning and then regularly throughout the day.
- If you have a fax, it will be scanned and emailed to you, then put in your mail folder.

- Going out of town? Please notify the front desk.
- The cleaning company comes every Wednesday night. If you lock your office, it will not have the trash disposed of or get vaccumed. Please leave your trash outside your door or empty it yourself.

- Compliance Review by Managing Broker

- Review Compliance Status in myTransactions
7 to 10 days Before Closing:
-Agent issued DA via email if file is complete
- Submit changes to MCA before getting DA
- Agent must send to Title Company
Earnest Money
Must be deposited within two banking days
Earnest Money must be deposited within 48 hours of ratified contract.
No Cash or Wire Transfers
Request DA and Earnest Money release from MCA 7-10 days before closing
Transaction Policy...Need to update
- Upload signed HUD to myTransactions
- Return a copy with any commission check due to the office.
- Attach the commission check to the signed HUD 1 and leave in the tray at the front desk or give to the MCA
- Please DO NOT ask Closing Attorney to mail checks the last week of the month.
- Closings on the last day of the month are due to the Market Center by 11:00AM the next day.
- Capped Associates should upload a copy of the check to myTransactions
- We distribute commission checks with in 48 hours when possible!

Personal Transactions
- $150 "Personal" transaction fee for each transaction listing side or buying side
- 100% if paid $10,500 in CO$
- Personal Residence Only
- Can't act as Dual Agent on
