Refers to the Team Design (organization within the Team, in terms of task assignment, leadership style, communication channel) and to the Team Culture. (norms, patterns of behaving and thinking that are accepted by the team)
Recognize the contribution of a Team Member's performance and compensate them for their achievement

Cohesion
A dynamic process which aims for a group to stick together and remain united in order to achieve a common goal
Positive Illusion Bias
The tendency of people to overestimate their skills and knowledge, thus making themself feel more superior than their own Team Members

PP: Potential Productivity
S: Synergy
T: Performance Threats
Collective Effort Model
Team's members will be more motivated to get involved and to work hard for the Team if they know that their individual efforts will contribute significantly in obtaining the outcome
Sucker Aversion
Occurs when no one in the Team wants to be taken advantage of by working hard and not receiving credit. Therefore, Team Members prefer to wait and see if the others contribute before contributing themselves
