Exercise No. 2

Procedure:
1.) Make a lining of hospital's pharmacy forms in tabulated form and give the use of each.

2.) Identify the different books and journals available in the hospital pharmacy collection or library.

3.) Present a schematic diagram of how the drug from the hospital pharmacy department reaches the patient.
