All four learning coaches on our team work together, grouping and regrouping students based on interest and/or learning readiness. Empowered by our administration, we frequently step out of our personal comfort zones in order to meet the needs of all our learners. First and foremost, we do our best to place learners in groups that optimize their chances of success.
