RESILIENCE AT WORK
What is Resilience?
“Resilience has come to mean an ability to confront adversity and still find hope and meaning in life”
“ It is not the strongest of the species that survives nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change”
Charles Darwin
“ It is part of the human experience and how we learn. Until we reach our limits, we don’t know how to overcome them. Until we feel our greatest fears directly, we don’t know our courage”
