Ambiguous rules: members weren’t presented to any set of rules before working together.

Communication problems: employees used different means of communication; time differences made communication limited.


1. Failed to choose best handling style. Conflict management was poor, as most of the team members didn’t want to cooperate. 

2. Conflict outcome: negative. The situation had a stressful impact on each member. There was no motivation to work with each other later on. The performance was low, as it consumed lots of time, but the outcome wasn’t satisfying.
 

Communication Process
Switch from the low interdependence to high interdependence has caused failures in team work beginning with exorbitant time consuming and ending by conflict between people and low performance. So, these serious problems can be solely solved by company by establishing norms for every part of people interaction.
