Jocalyn Carpenter Event 1 Event 3 When the animals run Jones and his farm hands off the farm, it directly relates to the abdication of Czar Nicholas II. Event 2 The Battle of the Cowshed would be the October Revolution when comparing Animal Farm to the Russian Revolution. The fighting between Stalin and Trotsky is depicted by the arguing between Napoleon and Snowball. Animal Farm and the Russian Revolution Event 4 Snowball was chased off the farm, representing when Stalin had Trotsky deported. Event 5 The building of the windmill was used to represent the start of Industrialization. Event 6 The book used the starvation of the hens when they didn't want to give up their eggs to show what happened to the millions of people who starved to death that didn't work for Stalin. Event 7 The trails of Stalin's opponents was shown by the trial of the animals said to be in league with Snowball. Event 8 The deal between Animal Farm and Fredrick showed the Non-Aggression Pact between Russia and Germany. Event 9 The book used the banknotes for the woodpile being fake to show when the Germans invaded Russia and the start of the non-Russians were deported. Event 10 In the book, the treaty to divide Germany was shown by the treaty with Pilkington and the pigs beginning to look like men.
