THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK Battle Between
Good & Evil Survival of the People
Rely on the Hero Battle of Great Importance Epic Shows Value
Of Culture A Fierce Opponent There are many too many characters that play
major roles in throughout the entire saga.
Mainly there are two types of good guys and also
two types of bad guys. On the good side there are
Jedi and Rebels. The main hero is Jedi Luke Skywalker. On the bad side there are the Sith and Imperials. The main villain is Lord Darth Vader of
the Sith. If the hero, Luke Skywalker dies or joins the
dark side, the empire will rule more powerful
than ever. Also if Luke fails to destroy the
Death Star, then dozens of planets will be destroyed and millions of people will die. On planet Hoth, the Rebels have a secret hide out
in the snow. But when the Empire discovers the Rebel base, they attack on the surface because of the Rebels have an over-shield to protect them from orbital attacks. The Empire sent a dozen AT-AT walkers to go attack the base. The Rebels fought back with infantry and snowspeeders. In the end, the Imperial's captured the Rebel base, but Luke Skywalker escaped. The main character, Luke Skywalker,
has many characteristics that make
him appear "larger than life". He is
lieutenant commander of the Rebel
Alliance. He is a Jedi. Jedi can use
the force and are experts with
lightsabers. Another reason why
Luke is so special is because he is
the son of his archenemy,
Darth Vader. Once a very strong, courageous Jedi,
named Anakin Skywalker, he turned to the
Dark Side. After being burned alive and left for dead by his own teacher, Obi Wan Kenobi, during a fierce battle in the past. Now, Anakin attained metal limbs and a suit to help mask his wounds. He is still
very strong with the force
but he uses it in evil ways.
He is the father to Princess
Leia and Luke Skywalker. Hero Travels From
A Far-Off Place In this film the hero of the Star Wars saga, Luke Skywalker, travels to a few different far off places. One place he goes to during the film is from the Yavin Moon to the planet, Dagobah. Later on Luke flies to Bespin to save his friends from the
clutches of his archenemy, Darth Vader. Hero is
Larger than Life Jedi are very skilled fighters. They have the ability to use the force, which only Jedi can do. They are governed by a council of Jedi masters. Jedi are bound by a code of morality and justice. The inspiration to the Star
Wars saga was Star Wars to
World War II.

Here is a example: Video Clip Quote #1 Movie Production This movie was 1980s' highest grossing film. It made over $538 million dollars on its original run and had several rereleases.
The film was shot in Norway and London. "
Darth Vader:
Luke, you can destroy the Emperor. He has foreseen this. It is your destiny. Join me, and together we can rule the galaxy as father and son."

This quote shows the temptation of joining the dark side and becoming evil. Instead of Luke Skywalker joining his nemesis's side, even after finding out that Darth Vader was his father. He escapes Vader's clutches and is rescued by Han Solo, Princess Leia, and Chewbacca. Quote #2 Luke: I can't. It's too big.
Yoda: Size matters not. Look at me. Judge me by my size, do you? Hmm? Hmm. And well you should not. For my ally is the Force, and a powerful ally it is. Life creates it, makes it grow. Its energy surrounds us and binds us. Luminous beings are we, not this crude matter. You must feel the Force around you; here, between you, me, the tree, the rock, everywhere, yes. Even between the land and the ship. [Luke can't levitate his ship out of the bog] This quotation is between Luke and Jedi master, Yoda. Yoda is explaining the culture of the Jedi ways and this is when he is teaching Luke to use the force. Inspiration This video shows battle of great importance In Star Wars, Stormtroopers are soldiers under the control of Darth Vader. In history, Stormtroopers were nazi specialist soldiers.
