Literary Devices In Music
"I Got The Eye Of A Tiger " She is comparing herself to the eye of a tiger. She means that she is focused on doing what she needs to do like a tiger would when it was stalking its prey.
" Louder, Louder than a lion " This is a hyperbole because it is an exaggeration. She is saying she's louder than a lion but that's impossible because no one is louder than a lion, she is saying she wants to scream louder than a lion.
Katy Perry trying to roar
" Its Miserable and Magical " she is using the repeating "M'' sound for Miserable and Magical. What she is talking about in her song is both good and bad at the same time.
Taylor Swifts " 22 "
" It feels like one of those nights,we ditch the whole scene,it feels like one of those nights,we wont be sleeping it feels like one of those nights, you look like bad news. " This is a Repetition because she repeats " It feels like one of those nights ." she's trying to show what one of those nights are like. This means they're going to party all night, they're not going to sleep, and something seems like bad news.
