Do energy drinks effect you negatively or positively after strenuous activity? Relaxed activity? Many people think energy drink are not bad what so ever, but energy drinks in fact have many good and bad side effects. It is always important to read the label and know the side effects. One good side effect of drinking energy drinks is that it keeps you awake & one bad effect is the unhealthy ingredients in it. Both of these effects are the same whether you've had strenuous activity or not. Are they Harmful to the body? People may think energy drinks do nothing but restore energy. In fact it is very harmful and addicting to your body. It gives your body what it needs at the moment and crashes later. It contain unhealthy substances that later causes more problems. So yes energy drinks are very unhealthy. Can energy drinks be beneficial? There are many effects of drinking an energy drink. They are intended to be beneficial but can also be harmful if over used. Energy drinks are beneficial because they help keep you awake and businesses make money. So yes energy drinks are beneficial We conducted a trial and we found that .. We found out that after a period of time you eventually crash and that Red bull is more likely to give you more energy than both Monster and Nos. So yes, energy drink do provide energy, but only for a short period of time. Energy Drinks
