Britain does not have any extreme weather. The warm water from the Gulf of Mexico keeps the winters mild, and in the summer it is warm, but not super hot.
Britain's national sport is cricket.
Other popular sports are soccer, rugby, tennis, golf, and horse racing.
Britain's education system is split into four main parts, primary education(ages 5-11), secondary education(11-16), further education, and higher education.
A full British breakfast consists of fried egg, sausage, bacon, mushroom, baked beans, hash browns, toast, and half a tomato. A Sunday roast consist of roast beef, roast potatoes, vegetables, and Yorkshire pudding. fish and chips are a popular take-away food
The history of the United Kingdom as a unified sovereign state began in 1707 with the political union of the kingdoms of England and Scotland, into a united kingdom called Great Britain
Many couples, mostly in their twenties and thirties, live together without getting married. Only about 60% of these couples will eventually get married. In the past people would get married before having kids but now 40% of children are born to unmarried parents. on average 3 people live as a family in one home.
In Britain 53% have no religion, 41% are Christians, and 6% are other religions such as Islam, Hinduism, and Judaism.
The official language of Britain is English.
The government of Britain has Parliamentary system, Constitutional monarchy, Unitary state. The prime minister is Theresa May.
Holidays in Britain are New years day, good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May, spring bank holiday, summer bank holiday, and Christmas.
