Mobiles and telephones are used alot in Pakistan. Is Pakistan a developed Country? Top 10? Pakistan is a Developing Country Rank: 146 Pakistan has since developed a semi-industrialized economy with a growth rate higher than the global average for the last six decades. The Literacy rate of Pakistan is only half the country. 22.3 percent of people of Pakistan are below the poverty line. Top 10? I would rate Pakistan 8 out of 10. Still needs to develop different strands like Poverty, industry, Economy. Accepting Aids from countries can help Pakistan economy and infrastructure.
