Transcript of performance profiling
Using two different methods of assessment, identify strengths and areas of improvement in own performance for two different team sports. (P4)
What is going wrong?
Are you/others poor at specific skills or techniques?
Have you/others used tactics that are not successful?
What can you/others do next time to improve?
Will you/others practice/train more?
Will you watch others and learn from them?
What is going well?
What well-learned skills do you/others have?
What techniques have you/others mastered?
What tactics are you good at?
What barriers are there taking up these opportunities?
personal problems (time, travel, leisure time)
This is when you select different skills needed for the sport you are assessing and give them a score between 1 – 10.
1 Is the lowest and 10 is the highest.
Look at hand out to see how this will look.
