Teams need to clearly define their goals.
Assess team strengths and areas needing improvement.
Develop action plans to improve effort and commitment.
Reflect, Review, and revise the team's goals and plans.
This is where new task and projects start. Input is taken from requirements gathered from the team's stake holders. Customer requirements and input from other processes are paramount to being successful in development.
This is like placing your products on the shelf in a brick and mortar. We have met all the requirements and have tested and integrated our changes.
Communicate and document the team's processes
Team's have leaders, but the customer is king. Feedback from our user communities drives the development of our new products and enhancements.
Testing is key to make sure your team's output is working like it should and integrates into the existing systems. This is the front line of feedback. Testing is the best way to know what you are shipping to your customers.
