Bandar Seri Begawan Where is Brunei? What is the capital
city? Brunei is on a small island called Borneo. Borneo consists
of 3 countries: Brunei, Malaysia and Singapore. Each word of the capital city means something. Seri Begawan was named after the Sultan's
late father Omar Ali Saifuddien. Brunei is known for many different types of food. Surprisingly, food in Brunei is usually served on a pandan leaf .
There are lots of types of food including Soto, Rendang, Mee Goreng, Black Rice Pudding and lots more.
I have tried Nasi Lemak and it has a whole bunch of interesting flavours. You might think the local language of Bruei is Bruneian,
but it is not. That is what you would call someone from
Brunei. The language of Brunei is Malay. There are many types of festivals in Brunei but here

meaning town. Before Seri Begawan was part of the name of the capital city, Brunei was called 'Brunei Town' or 'Brunei Bandar'. One of the well known folk music in Brunei is the Adai Adai, the song of the fishermen. Instruments include the Tawak-Tawak and the Kulintangan. The Kayum O Ya Kayum Here are some examples:
