The collection and organization of info made simple with Google Forms.
Collect various types of data (RSVPs, survey, feedback, etc.) with a simple online form. Then check out the results, neatly organized in a Google spreadsheet.
Get answers to your questions
Create simple or in-depth online forms. Share them from a link, embed them on your website, or even right inside an email.
Sit back and watch the results come in
All responses to your questions are neatly organized in a Google spreadsheet, so sorting and analyzing data is a snap.
Access anywhere, anytime
All your form data is automatically saved in Google Spreadsheets and stored in Google Drive. Access them wherever you go, from any device.

You can create and share a form from your Documents List or from a Spreadsheet.
Create a form from your Documents List:

Tip: To stop accepting entries to the form, click the Form menu of your spreadsheet and deselect Accepting responses.
Send respondents a form with fields already filled in:

While working on your form, click the Responses menu, then select Get pre-filled URL.
Fill in any answer fields you'd like to pre-populate.
Click Submit.
To send the pre-populated form to respondents, use the URL provided.
