This is a biography of the metal band Korn, one of my favorite bands.

Korn is a heavy metal band formed in Bakersfield, CA, in 1993. Old and New members of the band: Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu Bassist James "Munky" Shaffer Lead Guitarist Johnathon Davis Lead Vocals Ray Luzier Drummer Brian "Head" Welch Former Guitarist, left band to go straight and became a devout christian. David Silvera Former Drummer, Left band because of shoulder problems. Discography Korn (1994) Life is Peachy (1996) Follow the Leader (1998) Issues (1999) Untouchables (2002) See You on the Other Side (2005) Untitled (2007) Korn III: Remember Who You Are (2010) The band was formed by Fieldy, Head, Munky, and David and called themselves Creep. Soon they discovered Johnathon Davis, and at first he did not want to join the band. He went to see a psychic and then joined the band. After a while they changed the band name to Korn. The band was formed after L.A.P.D. broke up. (a band consisting of 3 members that have been with Korn). The Biography of Korn By: Devon Traxel Mayhem 2010 On January 20, 2010 it was announced on the Mayhem Festival's official website that Korn will be headlining the 2010 Mayhem Festival alongside Rob Zombie, Lamb of God, and Five Finger Death Punch. Five Finger Death Punch Rob Zombie Lamb of God Korn Appears in South Park Korn was in an episode of South Park as "Mystery Solvers". The Episode was a parody of Scooby Doo. At the end, they played the song,"Falling Away from Me". More Info on the band members (old/new) David started drumming at the age of 9 and joined the band at age 13. Munky was born in Rosedale, CA.
During his childhood, he always messed around and got the end of his left index finger cut off while trying to sneak out of his house. Soon after he stared playing guitar in rehab when he had free time.
Fieldy plays a 5-string Ibanez model SDGR SR5005, named the K-5, which is his signature bass. Head plays his guitar crouching down all the time, because the head of his 7-String guitar was so wide.
He has a daughter, Jenna, that was born DURING Ozzfest in 1998.
On February 22, 2005, Welch parted ways with the band, citing that he had "...chosen the Lord Jesus Christ as his savior, and will be dedicating his musical pursuits to that end."
Ray played his first show with Korn on January 13, 2008 in Dublin, Ireland.
Johnathon was born in Bakersfield, CA.
Him and most of the members of Korn went to Highland High.
His first band was SexArt
He has a son named Nathan and a girlfriend.
His favorite band is Duran Duran.
