Emotional Wellness with Essential Oils
Do you find yourself at the mercy of your emotions?

Do your negative emotions seem to be beyond your control?

Do you get pulled into the emotional vortex of those around you?

Can you identify your negative self talk/thought patterns?
What happens when we stuff negative emotions inside?
Pain is sometimes caused by an energy blockage. When emotions accumulate in our organs, glands and cells they create energy blocks, and eventually physical pain.

Chronic pain typically has an correlation to a negative emotional pattern.

The memory of a trauma is stored in the limbic system (seat of emotions) and our mind created an attachment to that memory. This is stored on a cellular level, causing an emotional pattern frequently associated with pain.
Calling for Change
Awareness of physical pain and negative emotional patterns is our calling to make a change.

Try diet change, counseling, exercise, meditation, medication or...
ESSENTIAL OILS!
Emotions Cause Pain
Essential Oils Smell Good!
Why use essential oils for emotional release?
Smell = Release

NYU proved that the amygdala gland (the part of the limbic system in the brain that stores trauma) does not respond to sight, sound or touch, but only releases emotional trauma through smell.
Smell Accesses the Limbic System
The limbic system is the seat of our emotions and it stores responses to memory, pleasure and emotions.
Smell triggers the limbic system to release substances that reduce pain, create feelings of well being, boost sexual response and induce relaxation.
The olfactory membrane is the only place in the body where the nervous system is exposed directly to the environment.
Sesquiterpenes and DNA
Emotions are encoded in our DNA and passed between generations. Emotional patterns are "locked" within families.
Sesquiterpenes, chemical constituents found in essential oils, help increase oxygen to the limbic system in the brain which "unlocks" the DNA and allows emotions to be released from cellular memory.
Keep Your Frequency High
Certain emotions are associated with certain areas of the body.
Each organ has a frequency, as do emotions, which will settle in the area of the body with a corresponding frequency.
Essential oils have high frequencies that can shift patterns and release them from the limbic system.
How to Release Negative Emotional Patterns
Daily Challenges
Stress
90% of all primary care doctor visits are a result of stress.

Stress is a major factor in emotional issues such as anger, burnout irritability and more.

Stress also contributes to less than desirable behaviors such as over/under eating, relationship conflicts, substance abuse and more.
Physical Pain/Illness
80% of all illness have an emotional root and 43% of adults suffer from health problems related to stress.

Stress can contribute to headaches, pain, high blood pressure, digestive issues, sleep issues and heart disease.

Chronic illness weakens the spirit and mind, which breeds negative thought patterns.
Dangerous
Medications
Side-effects of medications may not outweigh the benefits and may include: liver damage, foggy thinking, weight gain, loss of sex drive etc.

Most medications are just "band-aids" to mask symptoms but don't get to the root of the issue.

There are other options but we aren't aware of them as general consumers.

Not reaching your goals
Can't figure out why you aren't having success in your life?

Struggling to reach your financial, professional, social, fitness or love life goals?

CONSIDER WHAT IS BLOCKING YOUR SUCESS? What negative thought patterns have limited your thinking?

STEP 1: Identify Your Body Type

Different body types tend to be challenged by different emotional patterns which are then stored in the gland, organ or system that's related to your dominant body type.
Refer to the charts to determine your body type, dominant traits and core emotional issues
They are held in the body and accumulate in our organs, glands and cells.

Everything is energy, including us and we absorb positive and negative energy.

Emotional patterns can alter our DNA.
Reflection
Essential oils are adaptagens, meaning they have the ability to balance the emotion, whether it is over or under-active.

Poor Diet
The standard American diet is high in sugar, which weakens the physical body and the mind.

Anxiety patients report lower levels of stress when on a sugar-free diet.
.

Those with chronic illness tend to have depression.
Support current medication with natural alternatives rather than adding more synthetics to our bodies.
