QUESTION 14:
QUESTION 7:
QUESTION 8:
Tra la la la la… you are Odysseus! Heading in the same direction as Telemachus, you and Eumaeus are walking through town, where you encounter a real butt-head. Who is this butt-head?
Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo! You’re magically Penelope! You summon the beggar (Odysseus) and ask him for news on a certain someone. Who? Who? WHOOOOO?
QUESTION 6:
You are Melanthius, and a disgusting beggar has crossed your path. How do you treat him? Who puts you in your place?
You are Penelope. Over dinner Telemachus tells you his sweet, short, simple story, (definitely not superior enough to be a bedtime story,) and Menelaus’ monologue of the little news he received of Odysseus in Pylos and Sparta. Suddenly, your house guest, decides to speak up! He knows a secret, and secrets don’t make noble house guests. Who is this blabbermouth of a house guest and what does he tell you?
QUESTION 9:
QUESTION 1:
You are Odysseus. As of right now, you are residing in the home of Eumaeus, a formal loyal servant of yours who does not recognize you because you decided that morning that you looked pretty fly in beggar apparel. While you decide to keep your character a secret from your own servant, there is one person that you reveal your identity to. Who is the person that you finally reveal your identity to?
You are the all-around good guy, Eumaeus. How does Malanthius’ actions make you feel?
QUESTION 2:
QUESTION 5:
You are Telemachus, son of Odysseus. After leaving your mother with those agressive, pathetic wastes of skin that like to call themselves suitors, back at the palace, you set off on a journey to seek the whereabouts and wellbeing of your father. And by golly gee! You found him right under your nose in the house of a loyal family servant. After a heartwarming unification with Odysseus, you have to leave. Where are you leaving to go to and why?
You are Telemachus again and out of your princely hospitality, you greet your house guest, Theoclymenus and friend Piraeus. On your journey you have acquired gifts, that you request Piraeus not to bring to the house just yet. Who were these gifts from and why do you not want Piraeus to bring them to you?
QUESTION 13:
QUESTION 4:
QUESTION 3:
QUESTION 10:
You are still Telemachus, son of the great tactician Odysseus. As you arrive home who greets you first?
You are Penelope. After shunning yourself from the suitors in your homemade “chamber of secrets” you hear a familiar voice. It is Telemachus! Moved to tears by his return, you demand to hear a bedtime story: the story of Telemachus’ journey to find news of his father! But, before you can immerse yourself in the story, Telemachus asks a favor of you. What is the favor that Telemachus asks of you?
You are beggar Odysseus again, sir. You are still walking through town with Eumaeus when suddenly you see a friend by the name of Argos. He is very familiar to you. Who is Argos?
You are Antinous. And YOU’RE A JERK! (He knows.) You possess no qualities of hospitality whatsoever. And that disgusting beggar that shows up at YOUR house (not Odysseus’ at all…) demands the biggest portion of food to come from your plate! How do you react to this?
QUESTION 11:
You are Argos (…so BARK!) Who is your master and how have you changed since he left?
QUESTION 12:
You are back to being beggar Odysseus, and you seem to have made it back to your home palace all in one piece! Too bad we can’t say the same for your house. You find 108 suitors, claiming your palace as their own, feasting on your food, and refusing to get off their butts to give you some of your own tasty food. Sure, all of these idiots may be rude, but one of these guys is not like the others. He’s even more rude! Who is he?
