Goal
a.) Strength- It is a imported product which is an anti-dandruff shampoo with ZO-7 Plus with conditioner. It offers 3 various kinds of shampoo the moisturizing care for softer hair, healthy clean for healthy hair and a refreshing menthol for cool refreshed hair.
Weaknesses- The product rarely exists.
Objectives- To bring back the Gard shampoo in the market and to be able to compete with its leading competitors.
Threats- Clear and Head and Shoulders are well known for anti-dandruff shampoo.
