Peter Sutcliffe had few friends growing up and that led to a severe loneliness.
Before he met his wife he was very interested in prostitutes.
It is thought that during one of his experiences with a prostitute he was scammed out of his money.
While he was married he found out that his wife was unable to have kids.
because of these events it caused him to become very angry toward women.
Getting Caught
He was smart and hard to catch
He serves life in prison at Broadmoor High Security Hospital.

Peter Sutcliffe's Childhood
Peter Sutcliffe was born in Bingley England to John William Sutcliffe and Kathleen Frances Sutcliffe.

Adult Life
Sutcliffe didn't have a steady job as an adult.
Killed 13 women over a span of 5 years.
He was sentenced to life in prison.

He was quiet and didnt have much friends.
He droped out of school at the age of 15.
He took a series of menial jobs such as a gravedigger, factory worker, and salesman.
He married Sonia Szurma on August 10th 1974
His wife became a teacher and they depended on her salary.
he would use hammers and knives as weapons.
All the victims were women.
He also left 7 women for dead but they survived.
He also matched the descriptions perfectly.
When he was caught the police found plenty of evidence such as knives and other weapons.
After one of the murders he left a recorded message saying that they will never catch him.
He was even interviewed as a suspect but was disregarded by the police.
someone tried to strangle him and another tried to stab him in the face.
While at trial Peter Sutcliffe tryed to convince the judge he was insane and that he was hearing voices to kill.
At prison he was attacked several times.
He is still alive.
After his conviction he went by the name of Peter Coonan which is his mothers maiden name.
