Hello we like to hunt.
The man-eating lions frightened all of the workers that were working on the building of the railroad which motivated them to quit. The money going to the workers which were no longer working was wasted government money which meant that a hunter must be hired to kill them. The hunter stalked the lions for a while and eventuall killled the first with a bullet to the leg and shortly after, a bullet through the heart which killed the first lion. The second lion was still alive though. Patterson, the hunter, stalked the next lion, his new prey, shortly after the death of the first. The seocnd lion was shot 8 times and then a 9th shot in the head was shot which would kill him.
Tsavo Lions
Why the lions might have become man-eaters
~A decrease in natural prey
~Humans are weaker
~More people were there because of slaves crossing
~Some studies suggest that one lion had a severe tooth ache which would have compromised it's ability to kill its natural prey
