How to do a front flip on a trampoline. Have you ever tried to do a front flip on a trampoline but didnt succeed or fell and ended up in the hospital? Well if you have follow these simple steps into making sure that doesn't happen again. The requirements needed to follow this task are:
Trampoline
Balance
A phone... (Just in case)
A dare devil
And lots of skill
Step one: Start by doing some stretching exercises so you don't pull any muscles. You know you have succeeded if you didn't land on your face or if you didn't have to call 911. You may need to try this several times before getting it right. Steps Evaluation Step two: Next, get on the trampoline. Step three: Position yourself close to the edge but not to close that you will fall off. Step four: Start jumping, now this step is tricky, try not to bounce too high that your legs start flying all over the place - you need to have control. Step five: Keep your legs together and your arms by your side. Step six: Okay here you go, shut your eyes. Step seven: Give one big bounce and as soon as you do, push yourself forward and bend your legs in the air. Step eight: As you are tucked in the air remember to breath, don't open your eyes it might throw you off - remember to pray! Step nine: As you feel your body go around, untuck your legs. Step ten: Lastly, stick your landing by having both feet on the trampoline and have your knees bent.
