More rope envelops around the ends of the sticks to form a diamond, circle the rope right at the top and then sets it in the notches of each suit. Taking a sheet of paper resistant to measure at least 102 square cm and put the frame formed of the kite at the top thereof. Create a tail for kite small tapes tying a piece of string from 100 to 150 centimeters long, tied the tapes with 10 cm apart from each other. Tie the bottom circle tail of the kite. The tail will provide balance to the kite.
Hold the kite backwards taking it by the tail. If you lean to one side, cut and paste more paper to the other side of the kite until it is balanced.
