new world "Hurricane" is a song featured on their third studio album, "This Is War". It was awarded Best Single at the Kerrang! Awards in 2011. The thirteen-minute music video, directed by Jared Leto under the pseudonym Bartholomew Cubbins, created a lot of controversy when it first premiered on November 29, 2010, causing it to be banned by MTV because of it's content. began the "Into the Wild" tour
in early 2010 in support
of their album “This Is War”.

The band also held an event inviting their fans to be part of an impromptu recording session for the album. Requiem for a Dream Trailer Capricorn video The music video takes place in Los Angeles where the band is riding with featuring cyclists. It was described by critics as epic and innovative video. It aired on November 12, 2009,and was uploaded to YouTube on the same day, where it had gotten over one hundred million views. Up In the Air 30 Seconds to Mars launched a new single titled "Up in the Air" in space, literally. The band went toFlorida (March 1) to witness the launch of the SpaceX cargo mission to the International Space Station. The Falcon 9 rocket carrying a Dragon cargo capsule lifted off at 10:10AM ET from the Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. Inside the capsulewere scientific experiments, cargo and a copy of "Up in the Air." The End
