Benefits of Laughter Yoga
Laughter Yoga improves stress management and peak performance.

Research has shown that the brain needs 25% more oxygen than other body organs for optimal functional. Laughter yoga increases the net supply of oxygen which helps with optimal performance.

In essence, you feel more energized and fresh throughout the day and work more without getting as tired. Group laughter creates a happy & motivated workforce which includes a strong team building element.
