by Tayah Roberts Singers I like I Like Samantha Jade I like Katy Perry Samantha Jade Gibbs (born 18 April 1987), known as Samantha Jade, is an Australian singer-songwriter and former child model from Perth, Western Australia. She has written tracks for artists including JoJo and Ashley Tisdale. On 20 November 2012 Jade won the fourth season of The X Factor (Australia), the first female to win the Australian series. She subsequently signed with Sony Music Australia and released her winner's single "What You've Done to Me", which debuted at number one on the ARIA Singles Chart. One Direction are an English-Irish boy band consisting of members Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, and Louis Tomlinson. They signed with Simon Cowell's record label Syco Records after being formed and finishing third in the seventh series of British television singing competition The X Factor in 2010. They subsequently signed in the United States with Columbia Records. Becoming a prominent figure in mainstream popular music and popular culture, their two albums Up All Night and Take Me Home, released in 2011 and 2012 respectively, broke several records, topped the charts of most major markets, and generated international chart-topping singles, including "What Makes You Beautiful" and "Live While We're Young".

Often described as sparking the resurgence in the boy band concept, and of forming part of a new "British Invasion" in the United States, as of November 2012, One Direction have sold over 15 million albums, singles, and videos worldwide. Their achievements include a BRIT Award and 3 MTV Video Music Awards. Through combined music, merchandising, and touring sales, according to Nick Gatfield, the chairman and chief executive of Sony Music Entertainment UK, as of June 2012, One Direction represented a $50 million business empire. The Huffington Post proclaimed 2012 "The Year of One Direction".[1] I like 1 Dirction Selena Marie Gomez (born July 22, 1992)[2] is an American actress and singer. She is known for portraying Alex Russo, the protagonist in the Emmy Award-winning television series Wizards of Waverly Place. She subsequently ventured into feature films and has starred in the television movies Another Cinderella Story, Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie, and Princess Protection Program. She made her starring theatrical film debut in Ramona and Beezus.

Her career has expanded into the music industry; Gomez is the lead singer and founder of the pop band Selena Gomez & the Scene, which has released three RIAA Gold certified studio albums, Kiss & Tell, A Year Without Rain, and When the Sun Goes Down, spawned three RIAA Platinum certified singles, "Naturally", "Who Says" and "Love You Like a Love Song" and charted four No. 1 Billboard Hot Dance Club Songs.[3] Gomez has also contributed to the soundtracks of Tinker Bell, Another Cinderella Story, Wizards of Waverly Place, and Shake It Up after signing a record deal with Hollywood Records.

In 2008, Gomez was designated as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador.[4] I Like Selena Gomez I like Taylor Swift Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson[1] (born October 25, 1984), known by her stage name Katy Perry, is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. Perry was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California around the influence of gospel music. Her conservative parents forbade her to listen to mainstream pop music. As a teen, she pursued a career in gospel music under her birth name and released her self-titled debut album. She recorded a solo album which never received release. In 2007, she signed with Capitol Records and adopted her stage name.

Perry's commercial breakthrough came once she released her first mainstream studio album One of the Boys (2008). This was proceeded by the release of her first single "I Kissed a Girl". Several successful singles followed, including "Hot n Cold" and "Waking Up in Vegas". Perry embarked on the Hello Katy Tour in support of the album. She followed this up with her second studio effort Teenage Dream which was an instant commercial success, topping the album charts in several countries. It spawned five number-one hits on the Billboard Hot 100—"California Gurls", "Teenage Dream", "Firework", "E.T." and "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)". It became the first album in history recorded by a female artist to achieve this, and the second after Michael Jackson's Bad (1987). In support of the album, she embarked on the California Dreams Tour.[2] Teenage Dream was followed by a re-release entitled The Complete Confection that spawned an additional number one, "Part of Me".

Perry remains the only artist to spend 69 consecutive weeks in the top ten of the Hot 100.[3] She has sold 38 million digital tracks in the United States, 11 million albums worldwide, and a total of 75 million digital tracks worldwide.[4][5] In 2011, MTV named her "Artist of the Year".[6] As of 2012, she has been nominated for a total of eight Grammy Awards including Album of the Year. Her contributions to the music industry have garnered her multiple accolades. Using her celebrity status, Perry has ventured into celebrity endorsement and released her signature fragrance Purr. She has also made her film debut, voicing Smurfette in The Smurfs (2011). Perry was ranked at number fourteen on Billboard's list of top moneymakers of 2011, grossing more than $11 million.[7] Billboard named Perry 2012's Woman of the Year.[8]

Perry's personal life and public image have attracted a considerable amount of media attention. Noted for her unconventionality, she is recognized for her flamboyant appearances. After a failed relationship with fellow artist Travie McCoy, she married British comedian Russell Brand in 2010. In December 2011, Brand filed for the divorce, raising controversy as to the cause. She was spotlighted in her own 3D biopic-concert film Part of Me (2012), which concentrated on her life as a touring artist and the breakdown of her marriage. Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13, 1989) is an American singer-songwriter. Raised in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, Swift moved to Nashville, Tennessee at the age of fourteen to pursue a career in country music. She signed to the independent label Big Machine Records and became the youngest songwriter ever hired by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house. The release of Swift's eponymous debut album in 2006 established her as a country music star. "Our Song", her third single, made her the youngest person to single-handedly write and perform a number one song on the country chart. She received a Best New Artist nomination at the 2008 Grammy Awards.

Swift's second album, Fearless, was released in 2008. Buoyed by the crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", Fearless became the top-selling album of 2009 and was supported by an extensive concert tour. The record won four Grammy Awards, with Swift becoming the youngest ever Album of the Year winner. Swift's third album, 2010's Speak Now, sold over one million copies in its first week of US release and was supported by the thirteen-month Speak Now World Tour. The album's third single, "Mean", won two Grammy Awards. Swift's fourth album, Red, was released in 2012. Its opening US sales of 1.21 million were the highest recorded in a decade, with Swift becoming the only female artist to have two million-plus opening weeks. The lead single, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together", was Swift's first number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and became a worldwide hit. The Red Tour is scheduled to begin in March 2013.

Swift is known for her hook-laden, narrative songs about her experiences as a teenager and young adult. As a songwriter, she has been honored by the Nashville Songwriters Association and the Songwriters Hall of Fame. Swift's other achievements include six Grammy Awards, eleven American Music Awards, seven Country Music Association Awards, six Academy of Country Music Awards and thirteen BMI Awards. She has sold over 26 million albums and 70 million song downloads worldwide. In addition to her music career, Swift has appeared as an actress in the crime drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2009), the ensemble comedy Valentine's Day (2010) and the animated film The Lorax (2012). Forbes estimates that she is worth over $165 million. As a philanthropist, Swift supports arts education, children's literacy, natural disaster relief funds, LGBT rights, and charities for sick children I don't just like those things i also like dogs Who likes cute funny dogs...
