What is beauty?
Beauty is defined as a combination of qualities, such as shape, color, or form, that pleases the aesthetic senses, esp. the sight.
How can beauty be harmful?
Beauty itself is not essentially harmful but achieving beauty can have harmful effects. However, it may not always be the case.
So, what is the problem?

People within those cultural groups are more prone to becoming either underweight, overweight, or obese depending on what their culture prefers

One theme could be to accept people as they are because there are many other factors to consider in sizing up people other than their body sizes. We should all try to maximize living a healthy lifestyle taking into account such factors as nutrition, exercise, smoking, alcohol, and coping with stress.
