The following are the university's community development programs called HELPS which are originally conceptualized by the Lasallian Community Development Center (LCDC), the lead of the university in implementing the Community Development Programs which the NSTP-CWTS adopted as their focus program.

The funnel represents the
of the different components of the framework which include: NSTP-CWTS Mission Statement, and the DLSU-D Vision-Mission/Strategic Intent and the Key Processes such as learning the various lessons of the NSTP-CWTS, community involvement through community exposures, and putting all the things through implementation of the different Community Development Programs.
Community Development programs
Programs that bring upliftment of the lives among the people in the community in addressing a particular need.
Through this, a particular community initiates programs aimed at enhancing people's lives towards community development.
Advocacy on Blood donation
It seeks to support the people who need blood, especially during an emergency.
It helps students gain knowledge on different kinds of herbal medicine in the Philippines and their uses. It also to educate the community about the common diseases and how to cure them using traditional medicine.
Cancer prevention gateway to prevention
It helps students gain knowledge on different information regarding cancer and relate ideas to educate the community people.
Health Information on Disease Prevention
This program aims to disseminate updates and information about current diseases.
Basic First aid
It aims to acquire knowledge and skills on basic first aid apply gained skills and later on transfer them to others.
Disaster Planning and Preparedness
This helps students acquire the knowledge and skills on disaster and it's management and play a vital role in the disaster
It prepares the NSTP-CWTS students to undertake community service in the area of Literacy and numeracy.
Elementary pupils and secondary students
Through (1) School Bases (2) Community Based Education Program
This program helps alleviate the economically-challenged families living in the university's partner communities through:
Through (1) Entrepreneurial Program and (2) Skills Training.
It helps students to be socially aware of the economic situation of the different partner communities of the university.
This program provides holistic pastoral services through it's catechetical, spiritual and values formation activities to the university's partner communities and institutions.
This program allows students to conduct pastoral activities by interacting and building relationships with different kinds of families in the community.
This program provides CWTS students an opportunity to actively participate in the implementation of the pastoral activities for the youth group of a parish.
Day care Value Formation
This program required CWTS students to identify and implement pastoral activities for the preschoolers of Lovely Angels Day Care Center.
CWTS students are expected to establish issues and concerns regarding pastoral and value formation by conducting a simple study or by planning and organizing an assembly focusing on topics/areas of faith needing advocacy.
This programs allows the students to address the concerns of the elderly particularly those being catered by Bahay Lingkod Community Center (BLCC) through the identification and implementation of pastoral activities.
Opportunity to acquire awareness, knowledge skills, and commitment in order to protect and improve the environment.
Focuses on education campaign regarding solid waste management as well as the promotion of values of love and care for the environment.

It provides holistic social services geared toward value-orientation and provision of spiritual, psychological, physical, socio-cultural, recreational, emotional, and economic opportunities to enhance the capabilities of the children.

Vision - It is a long term goal of a company; this would be a legacy than an organization would like to leave.

Mission - It would be the detailed or short term plan of the organization would like to execute to achieve the target Vision.
Culture refers to the total way of life of any society not simply to those parts of this way, which the society regards as higher or more desirable.
The People in the Organization
People are very important in supervising and managing the organization.
They are the key players who are responsible in conceptualizing and building the organization, creating the vision and mission of the organization; plan tachieve the stated vision; and detail the policies of a particular organization.
Setting the organization's limitations.
The beneficiaries are those who receive or use charitable provisions or privilege.
One of the most important things to consider in the conceptualizing, organizing, and managing a particular organization will not function as desired if the beneficiaries are not given importance.
Man is a social being. He is born into a social group called family and he later joins a group outside the family known as the community.
It is a long term process of improving the quality of life of a community and aiming for a sustainable development.
It is the process of leading the people in raising their interest and capabilities in answering their needs and encouraging them to work together to solve their problems.
