The facts about cyberbullying
You might think that bullying can only be on the schoolyard but it can also happen when the bully and the person being bullied are miles away.
Cyberbullying is when somebody says
hurtful things or spreads harmful rumors
about someone on the internet on a chatroom or through email, it can happen on phones or computers or any device that lets you talk to people.
Cyberbullying also can include
spreading embarassing photos or
videos of someone on a website like
facebook and is just as hurtful as normal bullying
How to stop
it is difficult to stop cyberbullying
completely since its hard to prove that
someone has cyberbullyed.
but there are a few things
you can do to discourage cyberbullys.
if someone says mean things to you on
the internet just ignore them and stop
talking to them, then make sure you tell
the good news
is that there are
many groups that
are working hard
to stop bullying.

Its an amazing place, you can
play games, share info or talk
to people countries away from
you, but the internet is not always
used for good. ever since the
internet has been around, cyberbullying
has become one of the most common types of bullying.
Cyberbullying is becoming a real problem, over half of kids in middle school have
been cyberbullyed and most kids dont tell there parents about it. About the same number of kids have cyberbullyed sometime in there life. Most of these kids say they cyberbullyed to get back at another student for something.
