Why
Pain Why me? Gonorrhea can be transmitted like a
normal STD, through fluid contact and
from mother to baby. What are the symptoms. The first syptoms will appear after 5-30 days, discharge will be green or yellow. Pain will occur at the privite area Women will have symptoms that is harder to detect. Is there a cure? Yes there is a cure but some types
are drug-resistant strains that cant
be cured so easily. How can it be avioded? Have sex with less people,use condoms
properly, and abstinence. Treatments There are some antibacterial pills that
will kill it and or decrease the pain,
•Cefixime 400 mg orally in a single dose,
•Ceftriaxone 125 mg IM in a single dose,
•Ciprofloxacin 500 mg orally in a single dose,
•Ofloxacin 400 mg orally in a single dose, PLUS Azithromycin 1 g orally in a single dose,
•Doxycycline 100 mg orally twice a day for 7 days
Long term affects In the long run men have problems
with fertility and pain in the
testicles. Women have a good chance of PID, pelvic inflammatory disease. What is life like?
Life is diffucult for a person with gonorrhea,
the person cant have sex all he or she wants, it
is illegal to have sex with another person if he or she does not know and if you have an STD.
The mother of an unborn child can have miscarriages more often because of gonorrhea. How does Gonorrhea affect the Future? It can weaken your immune system and cause a very short and painful life. Gonorhea is a very dagerous STD that takes many lifes.
