Eating Fast Breakfast 1. Breakfast Burritos - with a tomato-basil topping. 4 flour tortilas stuffed with fresh diced tomatos and chopped basil. $5.00 2. Egg Wrap - This wrap indulges in Spanish style aroma and spice while Arabian filled taste enters your mouth. Its a healthy Spanish and Arabic wrap. More like a spicy taco with salami, veggies and spice. $1.75 3. Mini Vegetable Quiches - Mini quiches consisting of frech vegetables such as bell pepers, broccoli, zucchini and (if you want) carrots. $2.50 4. Shredded Wheat Biscuit - A shredded wheat biscuit covered with slices of banana and served with 1 poached egg on a slice of unbuttered whole wheat toast. $3.99 5. Cereal - Wheat bran flakes with raisins and blueberries sprinkled on top and served in low-fat milk. As a side dish, unbuttered toast. $1.50 Main Courses 1. A Summer Barbecue - Barbecued chicken and vegetable kabobs with boneless chicken breast with mushrooms, pineapples, and green pepper on one skewer. (3 skewers) $6.00 2. Strawberry with Mango Sorbet - Frozen strawberries and frozen mangoes blended together with orange juice makes a healthy dessert. $2.00 2.
