Bolivia, Puerto Rico, & Spain
BOLIVIA:
Bolivia has the world’s largest butterfly sanctuary.

SPAIN:
They do not have a tooth fairy but they do have a small mouse called Ratoncito Perez. He leaves a surprise for children under their pillow when they are sleeping.
PUERTO RICO:
Its mascot is a tiny tree frog found only that island; It is called the Coqui, a cute 1in frog with a high pitched voice that is loved by everyone.

Honduras, Dominican Republic, & Uruguay
HONDURAS:
The main sport is Soccer just like Chile
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC:
They have their own currency called the Dominican Peso
URUGUAY:
There are still cowboys in Uruguay but they are called Gauchos.

Chile, Argentina, & Panama
CHILE:
Chile has one of the worlds largest, most deserted desert known as the Atacama desert.
PANAMA:
Have special dresses called Pollettas (poyettahs) for women to wear in dances that are part of their traditions.
ARGENTINA:
Has a song named after it that Glee did a cover of. The song is called DON'T CRY FOR ME ARGENTINA which is song that is sung by Evita's character in the famous musical EVITA.
Mexico, Cuba, & El Salvador
MEXICO:
Introduced chocolate, corn, and chilies to the world.
CUBA:
Is home to the Bee Hummingbird which is the world's smallest bird that measures only 2in.
EL SALVADOR:
Is also known as the land of Volcanoes


Costa Rica, Colombia, & Ecuador
COSTA RICA:
They call themselves TICAS for females and TICOS for males.
ECUADOR:
The colors of the flag is yellow for the diversity in the country, blue for the sky and the sea, and red for the blood of those who fought for independence.
COLOMBIA:
Because it is located near the equator, Colombia has sun all year long instead of having seasons.
Guatemala, Equatorial Guinea, & Paraguay
GUATEMALA:
Besides Spanish, people in Guatemala can also speak Amerindian.
EQUATORIAL GUINEA:
The life expectancy for males is 48 and female is 50.... I am glad I don't live there!
PARAGUAY:
Is one of the only landlocked countries out of the Spanish speaking countries.
NICARAGUA:
It contains the only known species of fresh water sharks in the entire world.
PERU:
There are almost 4,000 native variates of Peruvian potatoes in this country.
VENEZUELA:
On Christmas, the streets in Caracas, the capital, are blocked off so the people can roller blade to church.
