IEQc7.2 - Thermal Comfort: Verification
•Building Flush Out: Provide a narrative describing the building flush-out procedure.
•Air Testing: 1.Provide a narrative describing the IAQ testing procedures, test date(s) and scope, sampling locations with respect to floor area, size, and ventilation system, and any corrective measures implemented or project-specific special considerations.
2. Provide a copy of the IAQ testing results highlighting testing date(s) and concentrations of contaminants.
•Provide a narrative describing the permanent monitoring system installed, including feedback and control capacity. The narrative should also include a single-line or schematic drawing depicting sensor location.
•Provide a letter from the owner confirming that the survey will be completed and a plan for corrective action will be developed in the case that 20% or more are dissatisfied with thermal comfort in the building.
•Provide a sample of the questionnaire developed for the survey.
•Provide a narrative describing the party/parties involved responsible for administrating the survey indicating those responsible for setting up the survey, sending invitations, and collecting and analyzing survey results.
