Decisional procrastination

: Tendancy to delay by our own choice.

Arousal procrastination
: Behavior pattern that makes people get a "high" when trying to complete a task in a hurry.
avoidant procrastination
: Attributed to low self- esteem and self- confidence

People live with habits that can cause problems in their life.
To be slow or late about doing something that should be done : to delay doing something until a later time because you do not want to do it, because you are lazy, etc.

Ways to overcome procrastination:
Make a time schedule.
Give up on perfection.
Don't worry about failing.
Break it down into small sections.
Take break so you don't get bored.
