It is possible to incorporate a company online for US$100. There are also various locations in the US, such as Delaware, where incorporating can be done quickly, easily and cheaply through a law firm on your behalf. It is important, however, to remember the structure of your corporation in the US will have legal and tax implications, making proper legal and financial advice a sound investment.

Individualism
American culture emphasizes individual initiative and personal achievement. Independence and self-reliance are highly valued and also extends to the workplace where business is frequently carried out autonomously. One’s position in US society is determined by one’s own achievements as oppose to
status or age.
