They are an essential tool to know what the competition is offering and determine how it is assimilated in our customers.
Besides the developing of technology is changing our way that we interact with the brands; we use less time dedicated to relate us or know about a brand; so social networks are ideal for transmitting the information we want and create customer loyalty.
Now, we measure the quality of service in a company not relative to the attention and care given but with the clarity, speed and proximity of how is satisfied our need.
Through social networking, company create a direct relationship with their customers, solve their concerns, propose them options and in a fun and efficient way, is developed a close and committed relationship in both directions.
