RACE DAY What Should I Eat?
toast with peanut butter
granola bars

What Shouldn't I eat? avoid milk and dairy
sugary cerals/food
fried foods Don't Forget! Be Sure to Remember: Uniform
Running Shoes/Spikes
Warm clothes (hat, gloves)
Extra sock/shoes
Water bottle
Warming Up What should I do? Know when your race is!
30 minutes before start
warm up jog
active warm up
After Race cool down jog (10 min)
not feeling well? Come find me.
Remember: 1. You are representing MQS
2. Do your best!
as long as you try hard you are a winner
3. Check in with a coach when arrive and leave the meet.
