What's wrong?
Users think that their prezi is saved, when actually it's not=> they lose content (sometimes their whole prezi)
ex: If user switches app or app crashes, the prezi/changes are lost
No indication about the save status
It's not possible to save without leaving the editor
Lots of complains, not the expectations of how an app should behave
1. User creates his first prezi
User taps on new prezi button
Starts to add content
User is interrupted by an email.
He switches to Mail app, spend 30sec there then start replying.
In his reply, he wants to include something from a web page.
He switches to safari, find the content,
copy-paste into his mail,
send the mail.
He switches back to prezi.
His content is still here, his prezi is saved
2. User opens a prezi link
while editing
User is editing an existing prezi named
My Prezume
. He adds two images.
He receives a mail (notification)
There's a prezi link in the mail. He taps on it.
Safari opens with landing page.
User taps on the prezi on the landing page.
iPad switches to Prezi app. and opens the prezi.
User stays 3 mins in the prezi. He goes back to the prezi list.
User opens
My Prezume
His 2 images should be there

Online
1. User creates his prezi
offline, plays big game
User is offline
User taps on new prezi button
Starts to add content
Is getting bored
Launches a big Game like Infinity Blade III
Plays for 1 hour
Decides to go back to the Prezi app
The app loads
His prezi is still like he left it (same prezi opened, edit mode)

Offline
User creates a prezi offline
Go back online with the app closed
Updates the Prezi app
Start the app.
His prezi created prezi should be in the list

User stories
1st step
Crash
Prezi is automatically saved locally:

At first modification and every minute
when returning to list if "save and close is chosen"
When sending the app to the background

Scenarios
Upload behavior
stays the same
User starts a new prezi
Writes "
my prezume
"
in the title placeholder
Auto Save
App crashes
User restarts the app
Adds text
User adds an image
Switch to another app
User starts a new prezi
Writes "
my prezume
"
in the title placeholder
Auto Save
my prezume

contains content before the save (title and text), but not the image
Adds text and images
User switches to another app
User switches back to Prezi app
Normal Usage
User starts a new prezi
Writes "
my prezume
"
in the title placeholder
Adds text and images
Taps on "back to list"
Taps on "Save and Close"
Prezi is saved
and uploaded (if online)
my prezume
is in the on prezi.com list
my prezume
is in the on my iPad list
Don't save case
User opens an existing
prezi for editing
Adds text and images
Taps on "back to list"
Taps on "Close Without Save"
Nothing is saved,
nothing is uploaded
This means that we need to keep the
original version somewhere in the device
so that when the user choose "don't save", the 1st version of his prezi is still on his iPad.

Upload is simpler: we don't upload anything
my prezume

contains the content which was just before the app switch
when app sent to BG
Autosave = auto
local
save
Auto Save
my prezume
