It is connected to, served by, or available through a system and especially a computer or telecommunications system (as the Internet)
Internet
A means of connecting a computer to any other computer anywhere in the world via dedicated routers and servers.
Network
1.Computers: A group of interconnected (via cable and/or wireless) computers and peripherals that is capable of sharing software and hardware resources between many users. The Internet is a global network of networks.
Database
who owns the internet?
No one owns Internet, although several organizations the world over collaborate in its functioning and development.
Established by the US Department Of Defense in 1960s for collaboration in military research among business and government laboratories.
2.Communications: A system that enables users of telephones or data communications lines to exchange information over long distances by connecting with each other through a system of routers, servers, switches, and the like.
