Blogger. What technology tool was researched? How and what is the tool being used for? Alows users to create personal blogs allowing them to post any and all information.

"Focuses on helping people have their own voice on the web and organizing the world's information from the personal perspective. Which has pretty much always been our whole deal." (blogger) Who uses it and where is it being used? Any internet user with an e-mail address can create an account.
