So what is the secret? How do you get in the best shape of your life? Just cut out carbs and Zoomba! No wait, do a citrus cleanse and Tae bo! Actually, check that, Atkins diet and Jazzercise! Wait, wait... take Hydroxycut + Xenadrine and wear a Tone-a-Matic! Actually, it's pretty simple Eat better,
Exercise more It's not easy; in fact, it's hard as hell But you are stronger than you know You can do it...and we're all going to help each other... Here's how Eat better,
Exercise more that's it! it's just a series of choices Today is the start of Vital Networks Fitness Challenge Here's how it works It's 90 days of better choices We split into teams Everytime you exercise, you get "points" The more strenuous your workout, the more points you get The points are tracked at dailyendorphin.com The team with the most points at the end of the challenge wins bragging rights, and a celebration dinner at McDonald's Just kidding... it will be someplace healthy We'll also have some individual challenges You can sign up for one of 3 individual challenges Challenge #1:
Quit Smoking If you are a smoker and you stop smoking (no cigarettes for the duration of the challenge)... you get $200 Challenge #2: Lose 10 lbs (15 if you are currently over 200 lbs)... you get $200 Challenge #3: Run a 10K under 50 min. (60 min. for women)...you get $200 Team leaders can organize group workouts. VN will chip in $10/mo if you want to join a gym. In the Spring and Summer we'll do some fun race events like 5K/10K runs, triathlons, etc. that we'll do as a company It won't be easy But when you get to the top of the mountain... You will feel great! You'll get regular information and advice on eating better Teammates will help and encourage each other
