Es la potencia esférica con la que un paciente con astigmatismo alcanza su mejor AV

(DEFECTO ESFERICO) + (MITAD DEL DEFECTO CILINDRICO)
TRASPOSICION DE CILINDROS
Es el método por el cual se puede anotar un lente
