When a team starts to learn a new skill or work toward a new goal, it will go back to the Forming stage.

Teaching EDGE asks when teaching a new skill, we clearly EXPLAIN the steps to the skill
Short video clips in this presentation are used only for educational purposes of this session and are considered to fall under the fair use doctrine to the US copyright law
Teaching EDGE then asks us to clearly DEMONSTRATE how to perform the skill
Teaching EDGE then asks us to GUIDE the learner to perform the skill themselves
The last step is to step back and ENABLE the learner to perform the skill without guidance or direction
