Near Death Experiences
Transcript of Near Death Experiences
selflessness A near-death experience, or NDE, is a profound psychological event that may occur to a person close to death. 3% of the American population has experienced a NDE
It can happen to anyone
All NDE’s are different Key Findings Life review
Out of body experience
Meeting deceased loved ones
Meeting a God or Deity
Sensation of peace and harmony Events that occur during a NDE Near-death experiences cause overwhelming emotions that produce significant changes in a persons life, which may cause them to behave differently. These people will need help to be understood in order to fit back into society. Thesis Statement Research Question I spent 16 hours research assisting for the Near-Death Experience Research Foundation
I researched 6 different parts of a NDE Physical Project I received a letter from the NDERF board of directors in recognition of the hours I assisted. Evidence I learned how to find original research and use it on paper
Researching is a lot harder than just googling websites
Research must be cohesive and consistent Reflection Call to Action What are the psychological after effects of a near death experience and why do they cause such drastic changes in people? Do not take your life for granted and live life to the fullest. Inquiry Why hasnt science been able to confirm the truth behind near-death experiences? What is the difference between an out of body experience and during a NDE and a simulated out of body experience? Alvarado, Carlos S.
