It's when the woman goes to the doctor and the doctor injects the sperm in the uterus so the woman can get pregnant. Couples might do this because the woman might not be able to get pregnant easily or there's something wrong with the males sperm .
In Vitro Fertilization
IVF is the process of fertilization by manually combining an egg and sperm in a laboratory dish
1.Monitor and stimulate the development of healthy egg(s) in the ovaries.
2.Collect the eggs.
3.Secure the sperm.
4.Combine the eggs and sperm together in the laboratory and provide the appropriate environment for fertilization and early embryo growth.
5.Transfer embryos into the uterus.
This option may be chosen because the Mother wants a sperm donor to have a baby, or the couple wants to make sure the egg and sperm connect.
The objective of embryo transfer is to facilitate conception following fertilization from the in vitro fertilization procedure.
The couple might do it to insure that they will get pregnant.
When the Couple picks a woman to carry the baby for them. Couples may choose this option because they want to have a baby but the woman might not be able to personally carry the baby herself.
