Engaging and Collaborating with the Private Bar
Transformation at a regional level, initially driven by the funder to achieve administrative savings, has morphed into a much bigger project, where the focus is on collaborative ways to improve service. These funded projects we are calling Big "T" Transformation.
Clinics have always had to look for innovative ways to serve our clients in an environment of constrained resources. Clinics have had to be very inventive to deal with the challenges of ever-increasing need and limited budgets. These often unsung and unfunded innovations are what we are calling little "t" Transformation.
The purpose of this interactive plenary is to share information about a myriad of t/T Transformation projects, focusing first intensely on the work of clinics in the East, and then expanding out with brief looks at other regions.
Today's Plenary
The plenary will be followed at lunch by "table talks on transformation" which will provide opportunities for more in-depth discussion on some of the larger strategies and also to provide feedback on the kinds of learning needs we will have as we begin to work in new ways with each other.
